How to Buy from Tony's Parts

Purchasing

Parts ShopAll parts ordered must be prepaid, including shipping. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. The reason for not accepting C.O.D. orders is that if you are not home to accept the package, do not have the money at the time, have changed your mind, or refuse delivery for any other reason, we not only lose the shipping money, but also the opportunity to sell the item to another customer while the package is in transit.

For orders paid by PayPal, credit card, money order, or bank check, we will send out the order immediately. If paying with a regular check, we wait 10 business days (14 calendar days) from when the check is deposited (the length of time the bank holds checks) to ship your order. Please send PayPal orders to the email address at the bottom of this page (PayPal link also provided).

Please Note: Prior to sending payment for any part(s), you must first confirm that the part is still available and receive a shipping total price from us. After receiving the shipping total price information, please confirm your intent to order by responding with an email stating what part(s) you are ordering, the prices of those items, and the total payment amount that you will be sending (including the shipping price you were provided). Due to the large volume of parts inquiries we receive daily, these measures are necessary to help minimize the possibility of miscommunications regarding parts availability or prices.

Please ask any questions regarding parts prior to purchase. We will try to give as accurate as possible descriptions. We can also email pictures of parts, although please consider the following note:

Please Note: We receive a large volume of picture requests and try to answer them once or twice per week, time permitting. We appreciate the fact that seeing pictures of some items can be quite valuable in determining the condition of an item and building confidence in your planned purchase. We gladly accommodate requests for pictures under those circumstances. However, please consider that taking and emailing pictures is a time-consuming process. We ask that you limit your requests to only those items in which you are seriously interested in purchasing.

We accept Mopar parts as trade-ins, and are always looking to buy parts outright. Please contact us and let us know what you have.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via UPS, UPS Freight, or USPS with insurance.

Alternate Delivery Options

Orders for large or heavy items can be delivered to one of the car shows or swap meets that we attend. We have swap meet spots at the following events:

"All Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle" - Carlisle, PA in July (Spots B 12 - 16)
"Mopar Nationals" - Columbus, OH in August (Spots J+K 8 - 11)

We also attend many other car shows and swap meets. Please call in advance to make arrangements for delivery of purchased items to any of these events.

Returns

Our return policy is that if you are not satisfied with the item, it can be returned for a full refund of the part's value not including shipping. Sometimes even our best pictures or descriptions still just don't live up to what you had expected. You are paying according to what you expect to get, so it is only fair to accept returns if something doesn't live up to that. All parts returns must be pre-approved within 10 days after the part is received. There will be no returns accepted on electrical items, or items that have been altered from their as-delivered condition.
