These Are the Black Knobs/Balls That Were atop All of the 1966, 1967 and Through Most Of 1968 4-Speed Cars Equipped with the Inland Shifter.
The Inland Shifter had a T-handle reverse lockout.
In Late 1968 Mopar Switched to Hurst Shifters.

These Knobs Are Usually Missing from The Shifter And Have Been Replaced With Chrome Shift Balls Or Another Aftermarket Knob. If They Are Present, Then They Are Usually Pretty Worn and The White Lettering Has Worn Off
