How to Buy from Tony's Parts
Please ask any questions regarding parts prior to purchase. We will try to give as accurate as possible descriptions. We can also email pictures of certain types of parts, although please consider the following note:
Please Note: We receive a large volume of picture requests and try to answer them once or twice per week, time permitting. We appreciate the fact that seeing pictures of some items can be quite valuable in determining the condition of an item and building confidence in your planned purchase. We gladly accommodate requests for pictures of items like sheet metal, flawed parts or parts that have more than average wear and or pitting. We don’t offer pictures of parts just to prove we have them. However, please consider that taking and emailing pictures is a time-consuming process. We ask that you limit your requests to only those items which you are seriously interested in purchasing.

Trades and Buying Parts
We accept Mopar parts as trade-ins and are always looking to buy parts outright. Please contact us and let us know what you have.
All items will be shipped via UPS, UPS Freight, or USPS with insurance.
Alternate Delivery Options
Orders for large or heavy items can be delivered to one of the car shows or swap meets that we attend. We have swap meet spots at the following events:
"All Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle" - Carlisle, PA in July (Spots B 10 - 16)
"Mopar Nationals" - Columbus, OH in August (Spots H+I 8 - 11)
Holley “Moparty” in Beech Bend KY in September
We may attend other swap meets also, please ask.
Our return policy is that if you are not satisfied with the item, it can be returned for a full refund of the part's value (less a 5% handling fee) not including shipping. Sometimes even our best pictures or descriptions still just don't live up to what you had expected. You are paying according to what you expect to get, so it is only fair to accept returns if something doesn't live up to that. All parts returns must be pre-approved within 10 days after the part is received. Please inspect the contents of this order immediately upon receipt. All defects or shortages must be reported to Tony's Parts within 3 days of receipt. Returns are limited to 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Not Returnable: Damaged, altered, modified, non-resalable, installed, painted, electrical or unwrapped. Deposits on special order parts are non-refundable.
